  Monty and his staff did everything possible to make our experience in the loss of our mother easier than could be expected during this sad time for our family. He did the same 7 years ago after the passing of our dad. Every detail, no matter how big or small was carried out with expertise and flair. The services they offered were valuable, loving and full of care for all us. This was a great comfort, especially at a time when there were many things for the family to be concerned about and decisions to be made. We all were comforted and encouraged by this wonderful group of people!

  Monty and staff made the passing of my mother less painful with his understanding of our needs. Went out of his way to make our needs met. We explained what we wanted and then went over and above.

  On September 4th 2016 Bailey Howard Funeral Home laid my dad to rest not only did they get his obituary wrong they put his son as the deceased they misspelled names and got dates wrong among other things apparently they never took the time to proofread anything they never sent the paperwork and photo to Grace monuments like they were supposed to and then they say oops we dropped the ball sorry the lady at the funeral tells me they will make it right I want to know how can you can make something like that right they were very unprofessional they rushed things and then they whine about the insurance company not paying them until late December then bailey tells me they dont have a facebook page what the first thing in find a facebook page
